2:00- 3:30 pm Restorative and Sound Bath with Reiki and Hot Stones

Once again, I am teaming up with the amazing sound practitioner Rebeca Laufer to offer you a very soothing experience.

In this deeply relaxing class, I will guide you through some restorative postures that are supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets, allowing the mind to pause as you move into a state of relaxation much deeper than traditional sleep. Heated basalt stones will be gently placed on your clothed body. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax into blissful and luxurious rest. All of this while you receive Reiki and Rebeca serenades you with the healing frequency of the Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.

This all-levels class gives you the opportunity to slow down your breath, connect to your body and arrive in the moment. A typical class starts with pranayama, followed by consciously flowing with the breath and ending with a long Shavasana and a guided meditation. Yoga philosophy will be weaved into the theme of the practice.
